April brought some of our sharpest writing yet. From the threat that lives inside your own network to the operational cost of fragmented IT, we covered the conversations Saudi enterprises are actively having right now. This edition rounds up the key reads, the milestones we hit, and the events that shaped our month.
This Month’s Insights
1- The Insider Threat: The Breach Your Security Stack Wasn’t Built to Stop
Cybersecurity – Firewalls, endpoint protection, and a fully staffed SOC can all be in place, and one employee clicking the wrong link changes everything. This piece gets into why insider threats remain the most expensive breach category, what the warning signs actually look like before the damage is done, and how organizations in Saudi Arabia can build detection that goes beyond perimeter defense.
2- Three Systems, Zero Visibility: The Hidden Cost of Fragmented Service Management
IT Service Management – Most enterprises in the Kingdom are running separate platforms for IT, HR, and facilities, which means three portals, three SLA gaps, and no single view of what is happening across the organization. This article makes the case for a unified service desk approach and what that shift actually means for compliance and operational control in practice.
3- Microsoft 365 E7: For Organizations Done Experimenting with AI
Enterprise AI – Most companies are still running AI pilots. Frontier firms have already moved on. This post makes the case for why Microsoft 365 E7 is not just a feature upgrade but a shift in operating model for enterprises ready to run AI at scale, with security, identity, compliance, and Copilot all in from day one.

On the Ground in April
Zoom Call-Out Day – Riyadh
Our team participated in Zoom’s Call-Out Day, a region-wide sales competition held in Riyadh alongside partner teams from across the region. The week before, the Zoom team visited our Riyadh office for a dedicated training session while the rest of our branches joined remotely, a full-team preparation effort that made sure everyone walked in ready to compete.
Upcoming Events
We are currently planning our next roundtable and partner sessions. Stay tuned on our LinkedIn page for announcements as they go live.
