Alnafitha IT Insider: Your Monthly Tech Pulse Newsletter – August 2026 Edition

Table of Contents

August closed the way every team hopes a month will: with the work paying off in person. Four booths at LEAP 2026, two headline sessions, recognition from our partners, and a run of articles built around the compliance and cloud questions Saudi organizations are actually asking right now. Here is what shaped the month.

Highlights from August

We spent the week at LEAP with specialists across four partner booths, meeting IT leaders who came with real problems rather than browsing questions. The conversations kept circling the same themes: AI that ties into existing systems, one place to run and secure IT, faster recovery when something breaks, and cutting the manual steps that slow teams down.

Azure lands in Saudi Arabia: what changes on day one

The Azure Saudi Arabia region goes live this November. For regulated sectors that held workloads back over data residency, the blocker is gone. But a region going live is not a migration, and the advantage goes to whoever knows which workload to move first.

Would your business continuity plan pass an audit today?
